We have extensive familiarity with DSA Public School K through 12, and Community College pre-construction and construction. Our inspectors are knowledgeable with all the current local, state and federal building and safety codes. Our company is built on the principles of providing reliable inspection service.
We have been providing DSA Inspector of Record (IOR) services for Community College (Such as Los Angeles Community College District) and School Districts (Such As Lynwood Unified School District, Laguna Beach Unified School District, and Ocean View School District) for construction of several new facilities, various building modernizations, site improvements, and rehab projects. Our inspectors are knowledgeable with all the current local, state, and federal building and safety codes such as Building Codes: Title 24, Part 1 (Administrative Code); Title 24, Part 2, Volumes 1 and 2 (Building Code); Title 24, Part 3 (Electrical Code); Title 24, Part 4 (Mechanical Code); Title 24, Part 5 (Plumbing Code) and Title 24, Part 6 (Energy Code), and applicable referenced standards: ASCE 7-05, ACI 318-05, ACI 530-05 & 530.1-05, AISC 360 & 341, ANSI/NF&PA NDS-2005, various ASTM standards, Access and ADA Compliance Code, Cal-Osha, etc.
